All-On-4 Procedure Timeline
The procedure typically takes 4-6 hours, depending on whether you're having a single arch treated (upper or lower) or both arches (full mouth). Once you leave our office, your temporary bridge(s) will be securely attached to your new implants. You will wear your temporary bridge(s) for about 4 months, allowing time for your implants to integrate with the bone and for your jaws and gums to heal into a stable, long-term position before we fabricate your final bridge(s). This healing period ensures the best possible fit for your final bridges.
After the healing time, we will begin fabricating your final bridge(s). This involves a few appointments over a 5-6 week period, during which you'll help us design the smile you want for your permanent teeth.

Mouth Impressions
The lab uses these to create your temporary implant bridge(s). If you are missing all or most of the teeth in the arch being treated, Dr. Maghazchi may suggest a wax try-in. This is a mock-up of your temporary implant bridge and will be used to assess bite position, aesthetics, and other factors to ensure the best possible fit and appearance.

Procedure
Remove any teeth (if applicable), place implants, and attach temporary implant bridge(s). The procedure typically takes between 4-7 hours.

Post Op #1
Day after the procedure: We will check your healing progress and answer any questions you may have.

Post Op #2
3 weeks after the procedure: Remove sutures, check healing, and patients are typically cleared to begin using a water flosser/WaterPik at this appointment.

Impressions for Final Teeth
4 months after the procedure: Check healing progress, ensure implants are fully integrated, and begin the process of fabricating your final bridge(s).

Try in
5-10 Days After Impressions: We will try in a mock-up of your final teeth. In some cases, multiple wax try-ins may be needed. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your wax try-ins before processing them. Once they are processed, no changes can be made. If you wish to make changes to your bridge(s) after approval and fabrication, a full-cost remake charge will apply.

Seat Final Teeth
After you approve your wax try-in(s), it typically takes 4-6 weeks for your bridge(s) to be ready for seating.
